Gerade hat Steve Jobs die Keynote zur World Wide Developer Conference 2005 beendet.
In dieser Keynote hat Steve Jobs alle Gerüchte der letzten Tage und auch ältere Gerüchte bestätigt.
Intel-Macs
Ja und es stimmt wirklich:Smallexcla: Am 6. Juni 2006 soll es so weit sein und die ersten Mac's mit Intel Prozessoren sollen ausgeliefert werden. Alle Macs sollen bis 2007 mit Intel-Prozessoren augestattet sein. Apple wird aber weiterhin auch die PPC Mac's supporten.

In diesem Zusammenhang wurde erklärt dass das portieren der Software auf Mac-OS (Intel-Edition) sehr einfach sein soll.

Mac OS-X für Intel
Es gab schon lange Gerüchte das Apple immer parallel zur PPC Version eine Intel-Version pflegen würde, diese wurde nun von Steve Jobs bestätigt - dies tat man "für den Fall der Fälle".

Adobe und Microsoft werden das Intel Mac OS-X mit Software unterstützen.
